I. General provisions
- Privacy policy defines the principles of collecting, processing and storing your personal data necessary for the provision of services by electronic means through the website www.nova-cvs.pl (hereinafter "Service").
- The website collects only the personal data necessary to provide and develop the services it offers.

- Personal data of Users may be transferred: entities associated with the Administrator, its subcontractors and entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. companies operating electronic payments, courier and postal companies and legal offices.

- You have the right to access your data and the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, and the right to revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

- The administrator shall comply or refuse to comply with the request without delay, no later than one month from the date of receipt.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
