I. General provisions

  1. Privacy policy defines the principles of collecting, processing and storing your personal data necessary for the provision of services by electronic means through the website www.nova-cvs.pl (hereinafter "Service").
  2. The website collects only the personal data necessary to provide and develop the services it offers.
  3. Personal data collected through the Service shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

II. Data Administrator

The administrator of personal data collected through the Service is NOVA CVS Spółka z o.o., based at ul. Warszawska 13 lok. 3, 84-300 Lębork, KRS: 0000797005, NIP: 5213872442, REGON: 383984293, e-mail address:info@nova-cvs.pl(hereinafter referred to as ‘the Administrator’).
III. Purpose of collecting personal data
  1. Personal data shall be used for the following purposes:
  • registration of your account and verification of your identity,
  • enabling logging into the Service,
  • implementation of the contract on electronic services and services,
  • communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.),
  • newsletter shipment (after obtaining the User's consent),
  • conducting a system of comments,
  • provision of social services,
  • promotion of the Administrator's offer,
  • marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
  • personalization of the Service for Users,
  • analytical and statistical activities,
  • investigation of claims,
  • establishing, investigating or defending claims.
  1. Providing data is voluntary, however necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionality of the Service.

IV. Type of personal data processed

The Administrator may process the following personal data of the User: name, date of birth, address of residence, e-mail address, telephone number and tax identification number (NIP).
V. Period of processing of personal data
Your personal data will be processed for:
  • where the basis for the processing of data is the performance of the contract, until the expiry of the limitation period for claims after its execution,
  • where the basis for the processing of data is consent – until it is withdrawn and after the withdrawal of consent, the limitation period for claims has expired.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years and in the case of interim benefits and business claims, 3 years (unless otherwise provided for).

VI. Sharing of personal data

  1. Personal data of Users may be transferred: entities associated with the Administrator, its subcontractors and entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. companies operating electronic payments, courier and postal companies and legal offices.
  2. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. User rights

  1. You have the right to access your data and the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, and the right to revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  3. The administrator shall comply or refuse to comply with the request without delay, no later than one month from the date of receipt.
  4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

VIII. Cookies

  1. The website collects information using session, permanent and third-party cookies
  2. The use of cookies supports the proper functioning of the Service and serves statistical purposes.
  3. The user can specify the scope of access of cookies to their device in the settings of the web browser.

IX. Automated decision-making and profiling

  1. The User's data will not be processed in an automated manner that could result in any decision being taken against him.
  2. The User's data may be profiled to match the content and personalize the offer, after his consent has been given

X. Final provisions

  1. The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, with the rights of Users not being restricted.
  2. The changes will be published in the form of a communication available on the website.
  3. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, GDPR and Polish law apply.
