OKS-NW hood
Hood for hot air and steam. Wall-mounted supply and extract condensing type hood, equipped with a system of inclined filter baffles separating moisture from vapours.
The same design as the OKS, with added supply air: the hood extracts steam and supplies fresh air at the same time. Useful in dishwashing areas where supply air is hard to deliver other than through the hood.

Particles separating moisture from fumes
Separating chambers of moisture from fumes are suitable for washing in catering dishwashers.
Built-in condensate discharge valves
The hood has built-in ball valves for quick removal of excess condensate separated from fumes and the possibility to plug them directly into the sewer system.
Fresh air supply to the kitchen area
The hood has built-in displacement air diffusers in the form of a perforated front panel.
Built-in pressure ports for measuring and regulating performance
Pressure ports in supply and exhaust chambers allows measurement and precise regulation of airflow in each hood chamber.
Built-in IP65 lighting
Hood features built-in lighting with high IP65 protection. Lamps have a color temperature of 4000K and a high color rendering index, ensuring accurate color reproduction, which is crucial during food preparation.
Mounting system for enclosure above the hood
The hood has a built-in system designed to mount stainless steel housing under the ceiling using bolts fastened to the factory-formed edge on the hood's top panel.
