Mr Oppan Kems® Hood
Wall-mounted supply and extract hood with horizontal capture jet and vertical three-sided JETstream™ air curtain. Equipped with removable air-supply diffusers and a two-stage adaptive filtration system with high-efficiency multicyclone filters.

Main features

High-efficiency multicyclone filters

Consist of cylindrical multicyclone filters and progressive mesh filters with a total filtration efficiency of at least 99% for particles of 6 µm, 87% for 4 µm, and 73% for 3 µm, with constant airflow resistance up to 120 Pa. Filters are angled for draining separated grease particles, preventing grease buildup inside the filter. Dishwasher safe for commercial use.

Removable air-suppliers with easy installation/removal system. Air-suppliers have three-directional airflow and adjustable air stream on one plane to improve comfort inside kitchen area. Dishwasher safe for commercial use.

Pressure ports in supply and exhaust chambers allows measurement and precise regulation of airflow in each hood chamber.

Jet at the bottom of the supply chamber, uninterrupted, with adjustable strength or complete closure to keep vapors from cooking appliances inside the hood.

A beam in the lower part of the air chamber with the possibility of adjusting its strength or its full closure, and an additional vertical beam in the side panels allowing a full tripartite sealing of the wall hood to prevent the evaporation from coming out of the hood outlines.

Hood features built-in lighting with high IP65 protection. Lamps have a color temperature of 4000K and a high color rendering index, ensuring accurate color reproduction, which is crucial during food preparation.

Built-in system for mounting stainless steel enclosure to the ceiling using screws attached to the factory rim on the hood roof. Installation without visible external screws for high aesthetic quality.

A hood from the KEMS® system with the possibility of later expansion or conversion to another type of hood, e.g. condensing or insular without the need to interfere and rework the hood structure and without the need to use specialized tools.
