NOVA CVS Multicyclone Filter Policy
The special construction of the NOVA filter enables bilateral air intake, simultaneously introducing it into a symmetrical swirling motion characteristic for cyclone filtration. The centrifugal force separates heavier grease particles from the air, which are then directed by gravity to drains located at the bottom of the filter.
NOVA filters are equipped with an easily removable second filtration stage in the form of an additional progressive mesh filter. The purified air can be directed straight to heat recovery units located in ventilation units, generating significant operational savings for the entire kitchen facility
